Scheduling: Legal Action x AIMA

Legal action in the administrative court

First Step

Understand that, in order to request an appointment with the Court, it is necessary, BEFORE EVEN STARTING THE ACTION, to comply with all the requirements set out in the legal article corresponding to the appointment request. Example: study, reunification, visa without appointment, spouse of an EU member, etc.

Second Step

You must have proof that you have tried unsuccessfully to schedule an appointment more than 90 days ago, OR YOU HAVE some health, family, work, academic or other emergency that justifies the priority of your process over others.

Third Step

After the office's analysis, if your case is accepted, we will send daily emails to AIMA, for 15 days, to demonstrate to the Magistrate the additional effort in attempting a prior resolution.

Step Four

If we are unable to schedule an appointment via email, we will file a lawsuit and provide the case number and respective protocol.

Fifth Step

Wait for the Magistrate's decision. If it is favorable, AIMA will be notified to proceed with scheduling or justify any impossibility regarding your case.

Sixth Step

If the appointment is made, our work is complete. However, if there is any unjustified resistance, we will appeal until the end of the process in the first instance.

Last Step

After the action is filed, in 90% of cases, the appointment is scheduled within 2 weeks to 2 months. Therefore, it is essential to be prepared to appear at AIMA with all the documents from the first day you hire our services.
